For nearly 20 years Latisha Dutch has been a noteworthy leader in the association management space. Latisha is sought out by start ups and established brands alike to help launch and/or optimize their business and drive them forward. Her global experience in the industry offers a competitive advantage for her clients.
Latisha most enjoys partnering with her clients to develop strategic road maps to help them achieve their business goals. With a background in accounting and finance, paired with an aptitude in human capital and meeting planning Latisha’s natural next step in her career was launching Total Management Delivered. She saw a need that married her expertise and passion -- managing a business, that helps businesses. Since launching TMD, Lastisha and her team of seasoned professionals have helped a vast array of organizations with complex business needs.
When Latisha isn’t working with clients you can find her enjoying a good book, testing out new recipes, or hanging out with her favorite client of all, her 10-year old son. Latisha holds a B.A. in Psychology and Minor in Public Policy Analysis from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from North Carolina Central University.

Operating Specialist
Emily Ega (she/her/hers) graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Emily has over 6 years of research experience as well as over 3 years of human resources and management experience. Her skills include communication and problem solving, she's a people person. In her free time she enjoys baking, exercising, going to the beach and spending time with family and friends.
Mariene Lescano,
Operations Specialist
Mariene has a degree in Biology from the University of the Philippines. She has over six years of experience in business development, lead generation, and social media management.
Her skillset includes email copywriting and automation; social media content creation and automation; and researching and content writing.
She is goal-oriented, great at communication, organized, and shares the same values as the company to always strive for excellence and deliver quality service.
Jaci Fernandez,
Operations Specialist
Jaci Fernandez (she/her/hers) is a current student at the University of Virginia and will graduate in the spring of 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies. Jaci has 4 years in customer service, as well as over 2 years of administrative experience. Among her skills are time management, communication, problem-solving, and organization. In her free time, Jaci enjoys painting, listening to music, and bringing her dogs to the park.
